Option A is the safest bet — it scales the best, works on both light and dark, and keeps the stacked version as the "simpler sibling" to the primary logo. Option C is the most visually interesting on light backgrounds but struggles on dark. Option B is the most structured but the circle competes with the primary logo's circle.
